Here are some tips to help you make the most of your visit to one of London’s bustling airports:
Before travelling, please check your email confirmation, you would be surprised how many travellers provide us with incorrect information, which includes incorrect landing dates, incorrect number of passengers and incorrect vehicle choice for the amount of luggage that they have.
Always check your email confirmation and ensure that all is correct for your chauffeur journey to go smoothly.
If you have a mobile phone, please switch this on upon landing, our chauffeur may contact you directly to provide you with further instructions on where to meet or may update you with any known issues.
In the event of any major delays upon landing, eg immigration delays or lost luggage please contact your collecting chauffeur in the first instance, his mobile number will be on your booking confirmation.
A simple text or Whatsapp message is all that’s needed and we can further advise.

There is only one main London commercial airport located in London and this is London City airport with the airport code of LCY-EGLC.
Travel time to and from London approximately 45-60 minutes.

Biggin Hill (BQH-EGKB)

Please note, travel times are all approximate and will depend on time of day travelling and central London location.

As you walk through the automated doors into the arrivals hall, look immediately in front of you and you will see Costa Coffee.
There are two exit points at Terminal 5.

As you walk through the automated doors into the arrivals hall, look immediately up for the large Costa Coffee sign and we will be standing by Costa Coffee.
Our chauffeur will be waiting directly in front of the automated barrier doors.

Our chauffeur will be waiting directly in front of the automated door by M & S Food store.
Our chauffeur will be waiting directly in front of the WH Smiths store.
There is also an express pick up zone for our regular clients but we suggest the WH Smith for any new clients that require a full meet, greet and assistance service in arrivals.
Your chauffeur will be standing directly by WH Smiths store as you walk through the automated doors into the arrival hall, located to your right hand side.
Our regular international travellers very rarely use this airport due to its location from London, if flying into London Southend airport please contact us for further information.
