Booking Terms & Conditions

Please familiarise yourself with our terms & conditions, these apply to all bookings undertaken with Hadley Executive Chauffeurs.

In order to provide all clients with a quality pre-booked chauffeur service, we have a minimum charge at our discretion for ANY booking as per vehicle type below:

First Class Luxury Saloon Class £190.00
Range Rover LWB Autobiography £350.00
First Class MPV Mercedes V Class £185.00
We provide competitive fixed priced airport chauffeur transfers and London transfers based on vehicle type, distance and time required to complete the booking.

By booking our services, you have agreed to abide by our terms and conditions set below.

Quotations, Deposits and Payments

We accept all major credit & debit cards, subject to our acceptance.
Our payment terms for all bookings unless agreed in advance are:

Online Bookings 100% on booking, unless an existing corporate account holder. (subject to our acceptance)
Credit card invoices are DUE on receipt.
All account holder invoices are subject to payment upon issue via BACS/Swift electronic payment, no later than 15 days after invoice date, unless agreed by us in writing.

IMPORTANT
Late invoice payments are subject to additional fees:
£10.00 per email correspondence and an additional 2.5% per month above our current bank rate to be added to total invoice cost.

Account terms are 15 days from invoice date, unless agreed in advance upon account opening with us.
Account opening is strictly subject to minimum monthly spend and our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings if any invoices are outstanding for payment.

Cancellations And Refunds

Once a booking is confirmed by us:

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire.
50% of booking invoice will be due to be paid by customer.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire.
100% of all booking invoice will be due to be paid by customer.

No Shows

If the customer does not show at the time and place designated as the pickup point and as per official booking confirmation, then the full cost of the booking and any waiting time shall be charged and paid by the customer.

Surcharges, Parking & Tolls

Our chauffeur hire quotes do not include parking, tolls, congestion charge or out of hours surcharge of 20% between 23.59pm and 06.00am

General Terms & Conditions

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings.
If you would like to book a car with less than 24 hours notice.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual.

You will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances not under our control, including road traffic accidents, breakdowns etc.

The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them, and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.

We may provide subcontracted vehicles when necessary to provide a quality service.
By supplying your email address you permit us to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
If there are any changes or variations, including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with our pricing structure which is available on demand.

We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at ANY TIME if at all necessary for reasons beyond our control.

Every effort will be made by us to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.
Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

All vehicle(s) and subcontracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims.
However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk, and we shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

We will keep a lost property book at our office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.

We and our chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

We maintain a strict no smoking, drinking or eating policy in all our vehicles.

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

We will always ultimately try to provide the best possible service and to exceed your chauffeuring experience.

If you feel that our service is not to the usual high standards set by us, please contact us as soon as possible in order to investigate and rectify any issues you may have.

It is your responsibility to allow enough time to be at the location that you wish for us to drop you off to.

We will gladly advise you on approximate journey times, but this is only an estimate based on good traffic conditions and our previous experience.

No booking is confirmed without an official email booking confirmation from Hadley Executive Chauffeurs.

It is your responsibility to ensure ALL DATES & TIMES ARE CORRECT.
Errors and Omissions Excepted, these Terms & Conditions may be updated as necessary.
By booking ANY of our services, you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
